Returns and refunds

Bee Happy Honey offers a 30-day return policy for all of our skincare products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling fees.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@bhh.com or by phone at +(971)45294376. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.

To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. We will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used. We also do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

In the case of a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@bhh.com or by phone at  +(971)45294376. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us for a replacement.
